Love this community! Quite and nice neighbors. I've never had a problem here, I take care of my home and area as I want it to look nice. To be honest, I've been here for 6 years and wouldn't change it. I read some other comments, and frankly if you don't like it here why don't you move? Hello, no one is making you stay. Ownership is pride! We are allowed a cat, which is great with me. Dogs are only if medically necessary, no big deal as I don't have time for a dog anyways. Manager is nice, she seems to call it as it is; with many years of experience running this community. I trust her judgement. New assistant Manager is friendly as well; I think started this year here. She seems to know what needs to be done and gets to it. Here is to another great year living where I do!

@olden tired, funny how I care about my community and where I live makes me work for the company or know them personally?! You are way wrong! I cared enough to look into other communities, checked on animals and rules. It's called doing some research before making a final decision on where I wanted to live. With all that, I was able to live where I did and took pride in it. I took care of My House, My lawn, My self and followed rules because like everyone else should. Just because a few people who we all know seem to think rules do not apply to them doesn't make it right.

Decent park. A few monster kids who do as they please because of bad parenting (looking at you Grettel Ave people...you know who you are) but, mainly, it is quiet.

Management seems to change with the wind. Heard we have a female assistant manager now from a review I read on here.. is news to me. Seems they would send out a notice about it but, hell, it took just under 8 years to get a rule book so, maybe, they will let us know in 2025 lmao

Many people do things supposedly not allowed. Fireworks, dogs, dogs not on leashes, kids running around in others yards... when calling to complain, was told to talk to the people (which had been done) and if that did not work, call the police. Call the police and they say it is private property and to call the office. o.0

Used to dislike manager Marlene but, over the years, I think we buried our axes and she seems much more relaxed and personable. My son likes her and has played with her twin grandsons.. that was awesome.

Park DOES need a designated play area for children. There is nothing here for them and the closest park is a few miles down the road (but very nice).

As for pets, for those who have them, I am not sure I understand the monthly fee for INDOOR pets inside homes WE own. I understand the "if they get out" reasoning but I think that should be more of a "if they are seen loose, you will be charged" issue than "you must pay just to have them in your own home".

Lastly, they need a person / number to call when things are going on who will come and take care of it right then instead of passing the buck to police who, in turn, pass it back leaving no options. Might help some people keep more in line. I will say there are only a SMALL few who tend to ignore park rules and it is mostly quiet families and older adults which is nice.
