  Awful service. I had called to reschedule my last appointment (I had bought 6 appointments in advance) and they would not let me reschedule (several days in advance). After that, they told me I could reschedule, but would have to pay for a full appointment. Again. In a nutshell, I would pay for my last appointment twice. I do not understand this method of operation but I guess this is how they are able to leave the office early each day with full wallets. I will say that this business is not sanitary (pubes on the chair, crusty lotion bottle, dirty floors). I guess they are trying to scam people?
  
  I would also like to add that even though I am the ideal candidate for laser hair removal, and have had much success with laser hair removal at another place, this one does not work. They have a weak laser and reserve it to save money. Cheap operation.
