  Years ago we had a bad experience with them over air conditioner but gave them benefit of doubt when my son needed wipers fixed on his car. So first off the fix it and all is fine until less than a week later it quits working again. So we bring it back and they did not have it bolted it on good. So it works but for some reason they had the wiper blades off both sides when only one side was a problem. AND they put them on incorrect sides!!!! How could an expert do that! Now we are less than 2 weeks from repair date and drivers wiper quits and we take it elsewhere since pep boys are incompetent. After going to a good mechanic he then points out pep boys put passenger wiper transmission on wrong!! The wiper never gets to proper resting location. So now we are paying to get it fixed correctly on top of a driver one which they probably messed up since for some reason they were messing with it when it was fine. Never again use them!
