  When I rented a unit from them, I chatted with the clerks. They seemed to know all the contents of other customers' units! They knew that one customer had a "love nest" in their unit for romantic meetings, that another customer was growing pot, and that another customer had a "chop shop."
  
  They assigned me a generic pass code for the gate, because "it wasn't working." The gate was permenantly open, so I really didn't understand why they gave a passcode anyway, as they indicated that there was no intention of fixing it.
  
  Later that day, I decided I couldn't trust my belongings in their "care" so I canceled. They wouldn't refund the month that I had paid for. So I posted a review on the yellow pages website (which has since been deleted).
  
  Many months later (shortly after posting my review), I received a bill from them for an additional month on top of the one month during which I never even opened the unit which I had paid for.
  
  Their business practices are wholly unethical and I would venture to say illegal, but I don't have any concrete proof.
